Meril Manuel
Meril Manuel is a dedicated and highly motivated academic professional with extensive experience in education, counselling, nursing, psychology, mental health, and academic quality assurance. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on adolescent mental health and well-being, Meril brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the healthcare and educational sectors.
Meril has held key academic leadership roles, including Academic Quality Manager at IHNA-Health Careers International Pvt Ltd, where she oversees academic quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment through audits and reviews, as well as curriculum development for a range of programs, specifically the Diploma of Mental Health and Diploma of Counselling programs. Her expertise also includes managing educational resources, monitoring staff development, providing teaching support, coordinating courses, and providing tutorial assistance to ensure high standards of learning and training.
In addition to academic management roles, Meril has worked as a mentor and student psychological counsellor, guiding students from grades 8 to 12 on academic and emotional well-being. She has also served as a Lecturer in Nursing, where they mentored students in clinical settings and taught various nursing courses. With over a decade of experience in teaching and mentoring, Meril is committed to fostering an environment where students are encouraged to grow intellectually, emotionally, and professionally.
